Shoulder & Elbow Team Published in JSES for Shoulder Arthroplasty Study
Providers, residents, fellows, and alumni of Columbia Orthopedics’ shoulder and elbow team was published in the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery for their study “Short-term outcomes associated with drain use in shoulder arthroplasties: a prospective, randomized controlled trial.” The study’s authors include alumnus of the orthopedic surgery residency David P. Trofa, MD; Sports Medicine Fellow James Irvine, MD; and Shoulder and Elbow fellow alumni Julianne Munoz, MD; Diego C. Villacis, MD.
