The Physical Therapy Division at Columbia Orthopedics offers:

No Show Policy
Effective Monday, Dec. 4, 2023, Columbia Orthopedics reserves the right to charge for physical therapy appointments missed or cancelled without 24-hour notice. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance or to no-show will result in a charge of $50.00 per visit. If your account has an unpaid balance, you may not be able to schedule future PT appointments and may be discharged from our practice at the provider’s discretion.
Charges for missed appointments are not eligible for insurace and/or managed care plan coverage.
