At Columbia Orthopedics, our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. We have implemented a no show and cancellation policy enabling us to better manage available appointments, while providing the best medical care possible to patients in need of care. As such, we would like to remind you of our department policy regarding missed appointments.
Please be courteous and call us if you are unable to show up for an appointment so we may give another patient your appointment time. Current patients must contact the office 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment. If your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a “no show.”
No Show Policy
If you no show for four appointments, you may not be given a subsequent appointment and could be discharged from our practice at the provider’s discretion.
